Returns and Refunds Policy
Return Eligibility:
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging to qualify for a return.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective item or one that differs from the description, please contact us at support@groovycustom.com. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
Non-Eligible Returns:
- Unsuccessful Deliveries: Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, or confirmed delivery will not be eligible for return or refund. Refusal to accept delivery also does not qualify for a refund.
- Sizing and Color Issues: Please review our sizing charts and order details carefully. Issues with sizing or color are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- Made-to-Order Items: Due to hygiene and customization, returns are only accepted for major issues, such as:
- Significant discrepancies from the description or sample.
- Receiving an incorrect item.

To initiate a return, contact our Customer Support team with:
- Order number
- Video or photo of the faulty product
- Delivery address
- Contact number
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Additional Notes:
- Sale or promotional items are non-returnable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, changes or cancellations cannot be processed.
