Why am I being double-charged?

If you see a double charge but only placed one order, first check your confirmation email. Multiple confirmation emails with different order numbers indicate multiple orders. In this case, cancel any unwanted orders immediately. If you received a single confirmation email, the double charge might be an authorization hold, which is temporary. This hold should be removed within 1-8 business days. Contact your bank or us for more details if needed.

Do I need to pay import fees, duties, and taxes?
