Shipping & Delivery

All orders from Groovy Custom are shipped via UPS. During checkout, you will enter your delivery address and select the shipping country. Shipping costs, currencies, VAT, delivery times, and charges will be adjusted based on the destination. We strive to process and dispatch approved orders as promptly as possible, following the order in which they are received. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking link along with your shipment confirmation.

Shipping Destinations and Fees:

Processing Time: On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility within 1-3 business days of purchase. Standard shipping times are approximately 4-7 business days for the United States and 7-15 business days for international destinations. If there are any delays or changes, we will notify you.

• International Orders: $11.99

Expedited Shipping Options:

• 2-Day Fast Shipping: Additional $17 (Note: Production time of 1-3 business days is not included)
• Overnight Shipping: Additional $22 (Note: Production time of 1-3 business days is not included)

International Taxes and Duties:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are beyond our control and we are not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred. You will be responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance.
